Returns Policy

Digital Products:

All digital downloads are non-refundable once purchased and the download link has been accessed. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Live Plants:

We take great care packaging every plant for transit using Express Post. If your plant arrives damaged due transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@talulahhub.life with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will assess each case individually and offer a replacement or store credit where damage is due to transit.

We are unable to accept returns on live plants due to the perishable nature of the products.

​

Physical products:

Physical non-plant products (gift packs, accessories) may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in original condition. Return postage is at the buyer's expense. Please contact us at info@talulahhub.life before returning any item.

Talulah reserves the right to refuse a return that does not meet these conditions.
