Yes, we ship our treasures to all states in Australia. However, due to local biosecurity regulations, certain plants and seeds cannot be sent to Western Australia (WA) and Tasmania (TAS). If you're in WA or TAS, please check the product descriptions and our shipping policies for any specific restrictions. We're committed to complying with all regional regulations while bringing you the finest sustainable and artisanal products.
We usually dispatch seeds within 1-2 days after your payment is finalized. For our precious plants, we lovingly prepare and send them out on Mondays only, ensuring they arrive fresh and vibrant.
We understand that mistakes happen. If you need to update your shipping address, please email us immediately. We can update the address as long as the order hasn't been shipped. Once it's in transit, we can't make any changes. To avoid delays, please double-check your shipping information at checkout. If you find an error, contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you promptly.
We partner with Australia Post for all our shipping needs, offering parcel, letter, and express post options. Postage starts from $3.00. Enjoy FREE POSTAGE (excluding WA) on orders over $100 with Free Parcel Post. For NSW, VIC, SA, QLD, NT, ACT & TAS, here are our Christmas cut-off dates: Parcel Post: 16th December, Express Post: 18th December, Letter Post: 8th December. Australia Post Postage Costs: Parcel Post: $10.00 for small items, $14.95 for large/bulk items. Express Post: $14.95, $18.95 for larger/bulkier orders. Letter Post Priority: $3.50 with no tracking. Postage Time Frames: Express: 2-4 business days, Parcel Post: 3-8 business days, Regular Letter Priority: 4-10 business days. Dispatch is usually within 1-3 days. For WA, due to quarantine inspections, we send orders out once a week. Note: Not all seeds and plants can be sent to WA or TAS, and these are marked on our website. Express post is not available for live plant orders or orders to WA, as we dispatch on Mondays only.
