At Talulah, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered to you promptly. Our shipping methods are designed to minimise environmental impact, and we strive to use sustainable packaging materials wherever possible. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Talulah. If you have changed your mind about a product or are dissatisfied for any reason, our straightforward return and exchange policy is designed to make the process simple and convenient for you. We believe in building trust with our customers and want you to shop with confidence, knowing that we have you covered.

You have 15 days to return an item from the date you received it.
In order for a return to be accepted, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging, unopened and intact.
You will be responsible for paying for your own postage charges for returning your item. These postage charges are not refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will carefully inspect it and notify you that your returned item has been received by us. We will immediately notify you on the status of the refund after inspecting the item.
If the refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or the original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 7-10 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

* Receipt of purchase
* Order number and the reason for the return

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
The goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. As such you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonable foreseeable loss or damage.
You are entitled to have the goods replaced or repaired, if the goods fail to be acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
